## Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. During high volume sales periods, processing may take up to 8 business days.

## Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Timeless Hype offers the following shipping options:

### Australia
- Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days ($10 AUD)
- Express Shipping: 1-4 business days ($15 AUD)

### International Shipping
- Standard International: 7-14 business days ($25 AUD)
- Express International: 3-5 business days ($40 AUD)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

## Free Shipping
Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

## Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website.

## Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

## International Orders
International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees that may be incurred. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

## Shipping Delays
Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

## Address Changes
